Her Tubes Institute

Her Tubes Institute was created to bridge the gap between holistic and clinical care by preparing the first generation of practitioners specializing in women’s womb wellness.

We certify aspiring and established practitioners, coaches, and service providers through a client-led, body-conscious, symptom-based approach. Our training equips professionals to support women and womb-bearers while also empowering clients to confidently advocate for themselves in medical settings.

By learning both holistic and clinical perspectives, our students become reliable resources that medical doctors and providers can trust. In a healthcare system where physicians often lack the time to educate clients deeply, our graduates help bridge the gap—guiding clients in understanding their symptoms, building healthier lifestyles, and making the most of their medical care.

A Peak into my Story

YaShaun is the founder of the Body-Conscious Symptom-Based Healing Regimen™, a trauma-informed practice designed to help women and womb-bearers become more aware of their chronic symptoms, reconnect with their bodies, and reclaim their wellness journey from the inside out.

She is a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). In addition, she is certified as a Master Nutrition and Wellness Coach, Yoni Steam Practitioner, and Hormones & Performance Specialist, blending clinical education, holistic wisdom, lived experience, and ancestral practices in her approach. She has also trained with leading experts such as Dr. William W. Li (Eat to Beat Disease) and continues to pursue ongoing education rooted in the most recent research and data.

Having navigated her own journey with chronic pain, hormonal imbalance, PMDD, pelvic floor dysfunction, and the challenges of being dismissed in traditional care led YaShaun to created her resources as sanctuaries for exploration, learning, and radical self-compassion. Her work is a reflection of her commitment to making wellness more accessible, trauma-informed, and truly personalized.

Today, YaShaun is shifting her focus to educating and mentoring aspiring coaches, practitioners, and professionals. She recognized that many practitioners, coaches, and even nurses were missing critical pieces of the puzzle when it came to truly supporting clients. Through her teaching, she bridges the gap between holistic and clinical care, equipping professionals with the tools to educate, empower, and guide clients with skillful, heart-centered support.

YaShaun believes clients thrive in healing environments where collaboration is prioritized — where medical professionals, holistic practitioners, and coaches can work together to create integrative care that is both evidence-informed and compassion-led.

Founder of the 90-Day Body-Conscious Symptom-Based Healing Regimen™, she continues to expand her work at the intersection of womb-centered wellness, education, and professional development.
